Pratesi Villa
A villa from the XVIII century and is composed of three different apartments with park and swimming pool. The names of the apartments are "Uliveta" and "Torre".

The upper floor is reachable through the central stairs which lead into another hall with a beautiful XVIII century stone fireplace, furnished with the typical "arte povera" style, and provided with a wrought iron and terracotta balcony which opens onto the suggestive view of the valley. The living area is provided of sat-tv and sofa bed. The cooking area includes a fridge and oven. The hall leads directly to the two double bedrooms, with antique wrought iron beds.



The apartment is reached from the garden, through external stairs, and has a hall with a fireplace, sofa bed and sat-tv.
The cooking area is equipped with oven and fridge.
The apartment offers two double bedrooms with beds in ancient wrought iron, with a beautiful view on the Chianti hills.
A bathroom is available.
