Wine Cellar
A wine cellar has been obtained from the large stone walls
that once composed the stables, where you will be able to
taste and buy delicious typical tuscan products.
Old tastes that we discover today with great pleasure.

Valuable wines of the Chianti area, the famous Brunello di Montalcino, red wines from
the hills around Arezzo, and producted in the Valdambra area. But also cheese
from the Val d'Orcia region, or from the "crete senesi" area, which you can
eat together with sweet-and-sour mustard or honey with nuts.
You will aslo find a wide choice of handmade "pasta", "pici" or "tagliatelle" with mushrooms
or truffle.
The same applies also for the first plates typical of the Tuscan tradition made with
vegetables, as the "ribollita", the spelt soup, the "polenta maremmana". |

Wide is also the choice of cold cuts, from tuscan salame to homemade
ham, from colonnaded lard to the valuable beef from the area of Siena (cinta senese),
but also sauseges and fennels.
We also offer biologic agriculture products as "ragł" for tuscan toasts,
first plates with pigskin, deer, rabbit, and duck. We also produce jam
with peaches, blueberries, raspberries, plums, and apples.
All of these delicious plates are perfect together with our "grandmother" biscuits as "savoiardi",
"panzetti", fisherman bread, "cantucci di Prato", almond cakes and biscuits. |
